I reviewed it a couple times and came to the conclusion that it is the neck support that looks like a head. If you pause/play very carefully when it crashes, you will see there is no other person in the car eventually.

It really does look like there are two people in the car. Ultimately it was her reaction after looking inside of the car (she seems to relax)that convinced me the most he was the only one there.
I kinda agree with #12 too. He shouldn't have tried to squeeze through the opening, but it seems like he wasn't inherently a menace on the road. Maybe the car o the side of the road as he overtook them spooked him as well? Anyway, yea, not having that dividing line on what is clearly a two lane road might have saved some money, but coupled with the lack of road etiquette (keep to the right unless overtaking) it makes for potential bad situations.

There is NO WAY in hell there is ANYBODY's fault but the driver himself. If anyone is under the assumption that you can blame another driver in this situation, you should have your own license revoked, cause then you clearly do not respect the danger in traffic. The guy filming it might not be the most efficient driver, but he is NOT to blame for the accident, it's the Lada dude only, and only him.

And as #14 said, dashcam driver asked - 'to help whom?'.
