Cool idea for a business, but she is a thieving b**ch Heston Blumenthal famous Chef did this ages ago, plus probably loads of other people before him too. Plus i hate advert video clips like this. Also someone will probably die from ingesting liquid nitrogen like the comment in that other nitrogen video. Plus i am in a bad mood cause i have to get upfor work in a few hours. And it is blatantly overrated like those shake places where you choose all the candy you want in them and they blend it up and it tastes crap and not as good as the combination should when you thought it up.

I AM SO GOING THERE IF I'M EVER IN TOWN AND SHE HASN'T GONE BUST YET.

#7 We breath 78.09% nitrogen in our air, every day of our lives. It is only harmfull when you have it in a liquid form, but it evaporates very fast.

The ice crystals in the ice cream is much smaller when making ice with liquid nitrogen - which makes way better ice cream!

I will just go ahead and quote Sartre on a video posted few days ago:
Liquid nitrogen is not something to mess with lightly. Even to have it splash on your skin could be nasty. Recently a girl had her stomach surgically removed after drinking it in a cocktail.

#13 When the ice cream is done there is no nitrogen left in the ice..it vaporized. And you put only small ammounts of ice in your mouth and normally let it melt..you dont swallow the whole ball of ice at once. So..no danger there.
