Not faked - staged. The man still jumped off an old building. 8-)

#4, #5 Staged, yes. They made it look like an accident but his hand must have been tied to the rope. There is no way he could have the hand strength to hold on like that.

#6 Why not? Adrenaline is one a hell of a strength potion.
Though... it is possible it was staged...

#7 After the fall when he is just dangling he doesn't slip or slide down? And he keeps dropping the right hand but never the left? Too much evidence pointing to him being tied to the line by his hand. My guess is he has a harness on under his clothes and a tether line running up his left sleeve. But it is a clever visual trick. I like it.

For sure a stunt, there is no way in hell he would be able to hold on like that with one hand, take my word for it, i used to work at a gym, and climbing and jumping onto ropes was a daily routine for years, so i know what it takes to hold on to something dearly.

At 0:08 you can clearly see the tether line pulling his sleeve down and joining the rope. Still cool thus...

It takes courage to jump from a height as the first guy did, but it takes even more to allow someone to effectively drag you along with them, tethered or not.

#7 The shear pull alone would jolt his hands free from the rope and even with gloves on the rope burns would be too painfull to hold on.
