Of course. Back then, they had less help from modern equipment. They couldn't google stuff, they had to travel,
meet people, talk, and read books. We are the "dumb" ones, living in these days. Today, you can hardly find any 30 year old that has more than 2 professions (and i mean professional too, not just gone to school), while back then, you had to master a lot of stuff, to even survive. that bow has low power, shallower penetration, hence easier to pull...like comparing a pistol to a sniper rifle...
