Why are they doing this? The dog is not self aware. It doesn't know what it is doing.

#6 Actually the fruitfly was the fiirst in space in 1947. After that came the monkey in 1949. The Soviet dog "Laika" was the first to orbit the earth on Muttnik. :)

ever seen a dog /cat in front of a mirror? thats a simple psychology experiment. as soon as they realize that its themself, that they see, they are called self aware. dogs and cats wont realize that. apes will.
