Very nicely done. I'd probably ask him to leave out the fairly vile-looking food colourings if I ordered one though.

#1 It takes 2 minutes. That would sum up to £30 an hour. Not bad but I doubt he's got that much customers.

Did you know cotton candy is made by heating the sugar to 190 Celsius to liquefy it and when it comes out of the center it quickly cools to solidify again?
