USA the country of stupid laws, corrupt politicians who make the laws breaking the laws and getting a slap on the wrist, senators that get to use insider info on stocks and its legal but if i or you were to use that same info we would goto jail (Martha Stewart). Where the corporations are the new countries making policy and laws to benefit their CEO's pockets. Where the rich dont pay their fair share and call it class warfare :'( to raise taxes on them so they pay closer to what the average taxpayer pays. And this is the "Land of the Free"? :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

#9 Laws prohibiting open alcohol containers in public are pretty standard across most of the US. The intent is prevent large collections of drunk people from loitering around and creating an unpleasant atmosphere in public spaces. The unfortunate truth is that people who are intoxicated have a tendency to get belligerent which can scare away women, children and families. All people should be able to share and enjoy public parks but when drunk people are allowed to congregate they tend to drive all others away. Businesses would not tolerate this because it reduces commerce with fewer buying customers willing to brave the drunken masses. Sorry if you think its weird but its actually very normal especially in urban areas.

Dumb....at least the cops were doing their job...why don't this dumbass stand outside a bank with a toy gun..now that would be funny
