Terrified driver chased by road rage ''lunatic"

If former police officer Ken Olsen had not had a dashboard camera running in his car he might have had difficulty in describing what happened when he crossed paths with 'a raving lunatic' on the highway. The extraordinary footage was shown on Australia's Today Tonight show on Channel Seven, resulting in the crazed driver contacting police in Brisbane and telling them he was going to hand himself in.

Looks like the guy in the black ute must have ignored the zip merge rules right at the beginning and thought he had right of way and the silver ute had cut him off. How people like this get their license is beyond me, knowing this country he was friends with the guy doing his test or knew a friend.

The guy who did it has walked into a police station with a copy of the video. He says the video is faked! What a nutjob.

Obviously this is a little crazy, but if you are someone trying to tell your story and prove it to the world in a step by step fashion, then don't show repeatedly the same scenes. I see the same clip of him going offroad onto the path 3 times.

I just brought a dash cam on the strength of this video alone! Too many bad drivers on the road these days. Makes me wonder if these big car companies should install these cameras as standard with complete 360 field of vision. Makes sense to me.
