Thank god I live in Sweden where people are forced to have M+S Tires during the winter.

Well #5 in Romania they also make you equip your car with winter tires in the winter. I guess it's more a question if you live in Europe or not. :D

It's not a pan-European rule - in the UK we're not forced to use winter tyres, which is a shame because the last crash I was involved in wouldn't have happened if the other car had been so equipped.

#5, #6, Thankfully in Canada, we know what ice looks like and we make sure to drive accordingly. Vancouver is an exception, however.

#11 I would say front wheel drive as you can hear him floor the accelerator (gas) which in a rear wheel drive would cause the rear end to slide rather than understeer into the lamp post
