Yeah it's fake! Look at the flashing red light.. The rythm of the "bip-bip" is not respected.. and a train with only one axle is suspect!

Fake indeed: look at the second man standing by the parking sign on the left.

It's the only video on the web with it.

Also only this picture, but by the color of it I can tell it's not the same train.

Still I am suspicious about the single axle... only a Segway could have that balance , and since this train is older than the internet, could be called fake.

But not 100% fake, the world is full of weird stuff so I won't be surprised for it being real :D

Oh, fully possible to build, no problem. The segway is a good example. But as #4 pointed out, the video is edited, and fake, so in this video, there is no question. But technology is there, so it is possible.

#7 Indeed. Looks like photoshop stamping or "content aware fill". Look at the house on the left and then the next house. They are the same if you ask me. Im gonna recreate something like the photo and then i am gonna show you how. I can do it with a video to but takes a bit more time...

#Edit 1: Got the photoshop done and recorderd. Uploading within a half hour :)

#Edit 2: here it is:

Turn the Vid to full screen and watch the two Tshirts on the upper right corner.

Their movement is verrry strange as the train passes by, so I call this fake!
