If the worst came to the worst why not turn it into a resort for those who have limited time left on the earth? Cancer sufferers etc ..give them and their families a brief respite...call me a cynic if you like, but it would probably be tax deductible if it was operated as a charity...put the money saved back into it.

Kudos to the guy who bought it. As a businessman I'm sure he won't mind if he will make profit. But you cannot say he's done it with that purpose. If anything, his kinds or grandkids will profit from that but will also have a great place to live. I would totally go there if they'd have me

On January 8th, 2013, Kitsault Resorts will announce the plan of establishing of LNG plant, refinery, and export terminal in Kitsault, BC. A Press Conference will be held on that day from 10:30am until 1:00pm at the Best Theratronics’ facilities (BTL) located at 413 March Road in Ottawa, Ontario.
The proposed facility will provide export of energy products and pipelines will be established for oil, natural gas, and refined petroleum products that will travel to/from Kitsault, BC from Alberta, as well as Northeast and Northwest British Columbia. These products will be shipped to Asia and other high demand markets. This project is estimated to cost $20 to $30 Billion CAD/USD. We will be working with a consortium of energy producers, governments, customers, engineering firms, investors, First Nations, and others to accomplish these goals.
