Obviously driving under any sort of influence is bad, nothing new there. What's worse is that there are many... many drivers out there that drive worse than they did under no influence whatsoever.

It is your mind wandering away at some times making it dangerous. But still a lot of people who drive save with a minor amount of marijuana. Alcohol is worse, that makes you feel you can drive very good. Marijuana makes you feel you drive bad, and decide not to step in a car.

#4 I'm not sure if we watched the same video, but I saw that driving under 5-7x the allowed pot dosage, their driving skills were acceptable. Clearly the rules need to be properly examined.

the main problem is an unexpected event. if you are high, you don't have much chance to response fast enough.

Try driving under the influence of too much H2O
you will drive too fast, more careless, more agressive, hostile to drivers in front of you, you will seem agitated and in a lot of hurry, you might show less or no respect for anyone approaching you

now that's one hell of a chemical!

This is really a very poor test of driving skills even for sober people. Keeping track of which between-cone spaces are imaginary roads and which are imaginary sidewalks is a measure of nothing relevant to driving. This would probably be obvious if they had a large number of sober controls doing the same test.

The part near the end where the cop compared the girl hitting an invisible cone to hitting a pole or a person is just ludicrous. A pole or person would be visible through the rear window, not hidden by the car.

At least it shows conclusively that the "legal limit" is an arbitrary and ridiculously low number.

do the same test with 1 beer and see the results since its within the legal limit the same these people are obviously shitty drivers i want to see someone that knows how to drive drive and coned corse anyone can get confused i did auto cross and it happened to me 3 times where i got lost totally sober they need a better test with real road conditions

i smoke a lot for 15 years and i never got an accident...i think the marijuana puts me calm and i got time to do any deslocation it no ruch..not the same it alcohol, i lost some friends because of that.. :|
