Take it for a walk, all you need is a crane in event it falls and an extension cord.

Somehow it reminds me of AT-ST's (giant machines attacking the rebels on the snow in Star Wars V).

Feck it I'll do it. AT-AT walked on 4 legs while AT-ST walked on two legs. While I believe they used AT-ST in Star Wars V they were used more in the battle of Endor in episode VI. I think you mean AT-AT's.

Really really sorry for the nerdiness and unnecessary correction.

#4 Because its a bloody hard thing to do, and the algorithms that are used to maintain its balance whilst cobbing a building block 10m, could one be used in 100ft mech robots slaying waste to anyone thats left alive.

#4 It is for military use, they are designing robots that can carry packs and is able to walk over tough terrain where wheels would otherwise get stuck.

#14 right, like throwing concrete blocks is just such an "what the world needs in the future"; not saying that a robot dog isn't a good for " military use, they are designing robots that can carry packs and is able to walk over tough terrain where wheels would otherwise get stuck" but this is not the point of the video at all. this video only shows how a Super Robot Dog can Throw Concrete Blocks Like Toys and smash them into the ground.... how is that helping anyone?
