I'm not sure that dipping the bottleneck into the beer while pouring is clean and nice in front of a customer... and 1 minute to get a beer is too long anyway >:)

I much prefer this one (faster, in 10s only):

or this one (better for foam):

Took longer to pour it than it would to drink it.

It's a so called "Weizen" a normal bartender needs the same amount of time if more! In my opinion the mashine is doing a decent job

#1, as #5 pointed out this particular beer must be poured out exactly like that:
That's why the bottle is kept clean on both inside and outside.

At least some germans take a lot of pride in their beer and have started quite a few tradition around pouring and serving. A proper pilsen beer is served in seven minutes, as it needs time to settle.

Some beers in germany ripe for 14 days before they are filled in bottles like the Päffgen Kölsch, which is pretty untypical for a beer.

I'm pretty sure the czech have similar traditions. If you tend to do something very good for a long time, you start inventing methods to make your doing look even more special.

As a man with ocd (correctly written as cdo) I can say that my ocd side can agree with the hygiene issues. My man side says stop bitching and drink the beer. But then my man side then says again that this robot has no tits so therefore it would suck as a barmaid But then my man side says yeah but this robot won't moan like a wife/gf would so its a winner. The difficulties of deciding stuff as a man never end.

The beer is a Unertl. Some of the best military rifle scopes in the world were made by a man named John Unertl back in the sixties. I had not seen the Unertl name anywhere else before. :)
