Nice wedding message

His brother was deployed in Afghanistan during his wedding this past weekend, so he surprised them with this very heartfelt video he made from the cockpit of his harrier. Needless to say, it brought everyone to tears.

@ #(removed comment) You're a moron. I bet you look for something to hate every minute of your life. They were not wasting money. They were on patrol, not just out wasting money, and he took a couple of minutes to send a message home to a loved one he couldn't be there to see. As a taxpayer I got no problem with one of our servicemen taking a moment to send a message home.

#1 If you perceived my comment as a hateful one hats of to you kid. Calling anyone a moron and judging a person over a sentence sounds like hateful human being to me.. And, point is that the army is waste of money and valuable resources globally. We could utilize these same resources for far better things. I've got no problem with the pilot sending the message to his brother, it is the army concept in general that I just dont like, I dont hate it :) Life is far to short to spend it hating.

Don't worry, #(removed comment) is just jealous of that he doesn't have either of the things in the video.

My personal opinion? It was nice, but far from touching. Why this video is here on snotr i'm not sure about,
but it's not a video i would show someone and go "hey, check this out, its awesome!".
Cute and nice, but maybe best off on youtube...

Nice video to a brother from the cockpit of a Marine AV-8B Harrier 2. I bet the brother shows this video to all his friends. ;)

#(removed comment) He is not in the Army he is in the Marine Corps. He is a Marine Pilot flying a combat air patrol in a harrier jet. If you didn't know, he was ordered to deploy away from his family to provide support for TIC (Troops in Contact).If there are no troops in contact he orbits his AO (Area of operation) waiting for that call. At this point in the war he probably does more orbiting than shooting. So please refrain from accusing this Marine of wasting tax payers money when he is doing a job that he was ordered to do by the politicians you elected to office.
