I wonder if speed wobbles would be audible at that kind of speed. Usually they are lower than the lowest frequency the human ear can detect as sound.
Then again, gyroscopic forces are probably so strong at that point, that the wheels stabilize themselves the more speed they pick up - until they reach their structural limits and blow up.

François Gissy piloted his home-made rocket-powered mountainbike to 263km/h. The bike was powered by a hydrogen peroxide broke the previous record of 242.6km/h (150 mph) on a track near Mulhouse, eastern France.
