#3 Its a brush pen..there are many different brands and "types"..just google "brush pen" ..they are good for calligraphy writing or comic alike art like seen here since they can draw thin and thick lines..but they are not easy to handle. This one looks like a pentel pocket brush pen.
Good source to get them is jetpens.com

That looks impressive, until you realise how it's done.

The video is played in reverse and what he's holding is an eraser instead of a pen. He just erases the entire picture bit by bit.
