Protestors: " can't hurt us."
Turkish police: "these guys are smart, let's use rubber bullets instead."

It's all fun and happy times... until they start to actually open fire using live ammo. Not sure how they deal with these sort of situations down there however. Hopefully not like China, for the protesters sake.

I don't usually post here but I just wanted to say
Yeah baby that's how we roll! It's often customary to applaud/chant when someone diffuses/tosses back one of those but the police here are proper psychopaths they actually use the canister launcher as a gun and they aim for the head 7 people died in the last month and thousands got injured.
so here are some pro tips for ya:
-wear a hard hat/ bike helmet
-soak a bandana in antacid solution and cover your mouth with it
-wear swimming goggles (ski goggles don't work needs it to be airtight)
-do not use moisturizer and certainly do not put on contact lenses
-wash your clothes with some organic/natural soap afterwards

and if you've recently booked a holiday in in turkey well.... good luck to ya

#7 the muslim holly month of fasting is coming up so the government
& the police(islamists) will be too tired to do anything without any
food and water so you're golden :D
Also if you are going there you should definitely try the local dessert
hosmerim. It is simply to die for :P (lol that sounded a little gay but it's really good)
