I live in austria and we also have the full coverance insurance/limited liabaility insurance......but we don't have this much dashcams because the police in my country is not as corrupt as the russian police.

The only thing why russians have dashcams is, that they can prove they are not guilty even if the police is turning against them cause of bribing.

I once had an accident in austria without being guilty for causeing this accident....but the insuruanca of the guy who caused the accident literally bought me a new car!

Its the same basically everywhere. It does however seem that the price is quite a lot higher for full coverage in Russia. Also the traffic seem to be absolutely horrible.

A 9 minute video to answer a question that could easily be answered in 30 seconds, and yet he still manages not to answer it.

Man, I wish there was as big a difference in price between liability and full coverage here in the US. I pay about the same full coverage price as shown in this video, but on a vehicle considered a "sports car". Liability might be 20-30% less.

He didn't mention what, if any, the deductible is for full coverage. Mine is $500.

A little jewish boy tried to be clever decided to discover a great mystery "Why so many dashcams in russia?" Not necessary to watch all this boring video because there are no answer in it. The answer is- IN RUSSIA TO HAVE A DASHCAM IS FASHIONABLE AND INEXPENSIVE. That's all!!

If the commenter on Youtube can't figure out on his own why they are so many dash cams in Russia... there is no point explaining it to him... he has the IQ of a potato...

It's a common price for full insurance in Europe. Especially with a 100hp+ and high CO²/km.

That price doesn't seem that high. In Denmark when i got my first car which was a Suzuki Swift 1.0 with 53HP i had to pay close to 3000$ when i had no experience. That was however 15 years ago and now we have better prices for beginners but still the Russian price doesn't seem that high.
