I was thinking ( painful process these days ) In "theory" it would be possible to post process pre-recorded material...which could be very interesting. I can see a lot of uses for that. In particular On CCTV images of accidents and crimes, OK there's always the shouts of big brother to be heard, and in a lot of ways I agree with them....but this has the potential to do a lot of good.
