Hahaha yeah this can be seen evrywere in province in my country.... as it may be weird for most people here, Some people here don't have money to bring some construction company to do the job and you can see everything here :) In this case is more bored guy who's is having more fun than work at the end of the working day. And #5 Koletzkii YES there is no such thing here as Insurance policy at all :))
