While it is a quite good looking house they've build... people in worse conditions live in even smaller spaces than that. With far less "utility", I might add.

sot hey spent 20.000$+12.000$ =32.000$ , well in my country you could get a 2 bedroom apartment. and if you cont the money spent on rent (58.000$) they could have goten a really nice looking house with an awsome yard. but i guess in washington houses are way more expensive.

Why do they think that that house is small? It is more then most of the worlds population has got to live in.
