Kids, just avoid fights. Nobody became successful in life by being good in street fights. There are plenty of better things to do in life.

He's quick, but most of these people are brawlers, they can't throw a punch. Pugilism is a complex sport and involves scientific details like energy preservation and leverage.

He was very good at dodging blows and in "real" life you won't be fighting pros. You might end up in a bar fight with some random nobody but you'll be drunk and so will he. Avoiding fights is the best course of action but at times that might not be very easy to do. It's just the sad human nature. Always good to have at least some defensive knowledge - just in case.

It must have been sooo hard to have to stop the natural reflex that is to punch back.

not really, when sparring you quickly adjust to the objective of the training. Of course it differs from person to
person, but i think most people would adjust that way. You're way to busy defending yourself anyway :P

I usually dodge all my punches too - by running away and calling the cops. Then I sue and now I dont have to work.

This guy spends 6 hours a day everyday learning this and he will 'teach' you to master all of this in 6 minutes as long as you 'pay' him.

I hate these kinds of sells.

Impressive skills though.
