#2, the music is probably used already in thousands of videos. They don't like the constant change of scenery and clothes, which they think may indicate that this is false or manipulated. If the guy does that for an audience with an 'amateur' recording it and without music at all, he may get my vote.

Actually I think #3 has a point here. The lots and lots of editing time could have been used to slow down some parts, cut out mistakes, etc etc. You know what I mean!
But anyways, It's a really nice vid, great idea! Gets my thumbs up... ;)

My constructive criticism would be what's already pointed out, the constant change of backgrounds. It distracts quite a bit, so i agree there. He's got skills tho, can't deny that.
