Man, i give thumbs up to the camera man. He had to run at the same speed while filming and not bumping to the pedestrians.

Camera men could be hero's if they were not focused on filming or taking pictures.

even in police chases after a while it's only the camera man running after the bad guys.

This was all filmed in San Diego, California. Seaport Village, Convention Center, Gas Lamp Quarter, and other parts of downtown of San Diego. I'm guessing it was filmed around comicon, when it's not unusual to see things like this happening.
