Ya know, I'm currently in the market for a gun. I want a handgun however friends tell me for home protection, I really should get a shotgun.

I think after watchin this, I may be in the market for a new shotgun.

@5 Definitely a shotgun for home defense. Most people will tell you that handguns are smaller and easier to wield, but shotguns are fairly easy to use, fairly easy to become proficient with, and they make special rounds specifically for home defense that will go through tissue but not go through walls. You don't have to worry about stray shots hitting a neighbor.

Personally, I was impressed with the hole that double A battery ripped in that metal.

#5 & #6 I also believe that the sound of a 12ga. pumpgun having a round racked into the chamber is way more effective at getting a robber to exit your house than yelling "I'm going to call the police" or "I have a baseball bat!".
My 8 shot Winchester Defender 12ga. has bird shot for the first three rounds and then #4 shot for the other five in case things get serious.

also I don't know if it's illegal in your country but you can always saw off the barrel of a shotgun that way it handles easier and the spread angle gets wider.
