What a f**ing "durak" (as they say in russian) who almost hit two kids and their relatives !
I feel sorry for all my Russian friends who can potentially be victims of so many reckless drivers living in their country.

Scary to think, had the car with the camera not been there, the stupid moron could have continued on course and run over one or more of the people causing a fatality, and no doubt carried on without stopping. as unlucky as it is he had his car smashed, the camera car potentially saved lives.... Metal can be repaired.
