Just so you know, Oncescu (world armwrestler champion from Romania)asked 300 random people in one day to compete against him in a shoping-mall. This pro body builder was numer 250, so imagine that he was tired before this encounter. Still, he managed to smile and even took his right hand from the support to arange something that had fallen on the table. Number 300 was another armwrestling romanian champion, who lost obviously against Oncescu.

I do not know about arm wrestling, but where do I come from power lifters eat steroids like candy and reach inhuman results, so your jaw is opened. Arm wrestler has far different arm training + techique, so it it not surprise at all.

#5 Are you sure about those numbers? The title on top of the video says Oncescu vs 500 so i'm guessing he took on 500, not that that made it less impressing. And the number when he arm wrestled the body builder said 299 and then 300 when he was done with him, again it only makes it all moore impressing.

I'm not surprised that he beat the body builder but i have no idea how his shoulder was able to hold up for that long no mater if it was 300 or 500 he faced.

Impressive, arm wrestling is mostly about technique and second is muscle power, still its impressive how many people he was able to arm wrestle and not injure himself...

The Arm Wrestler is Ion Ioncescu - he was multiple world and european champion. The other guy did not have a single chance.
