I still prefer my Iphone 5 over other phones, but :
- Siri never understand what I want (in French, it truly s**ks), so I gave up trying to us it,
- the battery life is really low for one charge (even with wifi and bluetooth disabled),
- 5s is not a big evolution from the Iphone 5, no need to updates for every new model....

I totally agree that Apple ads tend to be REALLY repetitive on how they claim that "it is the best device we ever made"...

People should understand that Apple is not selling technology it's selling fashion, way of life. Most people who buy Apple products don't know much about technology, so it's easy to say to them "look at our new phone. It's completly different it has new icons... AND COLORS!".

after developing apps for both, android and ios, for years now.. its funny to only see android users get in rage over iphones, but never the other way around. you dont like them? dont buy them. everything else makes you look smartass or jealous or like you have too much time. grow up.

the dominant perspective that i encountered by my constumers:
"i dislike many of apples strategies but after switching from android to iphone i wont go back. its maybe restricted, but easy, straight forward and looks good."

and to correct many of you again:
its < 5% of the iphone users that buy EVERY new iphone version. most of our customers skip at least 2 versions and still are able to sell their 2 year old iphones for 30-50% of the original price. try that with any android phone. you wont pay much more for iphones, if you are reselling the older ones.

i really dont care what people prefer and still use both OS on daily basis. but its even more hilarious how android users can get in rage.

Used an Iphone and used a Samsung S3. The S3 is far superior even the staff in the shop where I bought it thinks so. Why struggle with a small screen when you can have a larger one in a slimmer more attractive phone..I'm afraid the problem with iphone users is much like the emperor and his clothes. :|
