Someone knows what is the laser-thing we can see comming out ?
Is it real or just added in purpose of demonstration ?

laser is for measuring distance, Japan used it first, to acquire data of tiniest earthquakes.

#3 #4 NASA put mirrors on the moon to do distance measurements. These lasers are pointing in different directions though, they are probably for laser guide stars. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laser_guide_star

I don't think it's for measuring distance. If I'm not mistaken, it's to evaluate the turbulence in the atmosfere and adjust the telescope's mirrors accordingly to get a sharper and more defined picture.

As for the video, absolutely beautiful! :)

I had a lady friend of mine over when we watched this...she asked me "what those bright beams were for"...I told her 'their trying to shoot down the alien spaceships that the various government's say are not there'...the problem is that she believed me !

#6 is correct. The technology is called adaptive optics. The lasers actually make a fake star in the atmosphere.
