Adorable? Yes. Quantum physics? Not really. More like introduction to chemistry (and the word quantum to justify the orbitals).

This is basically what I learned in school when I was.. *around* 15

I liked the idea of the small chance that an electron can be somewhere completely else though.

They don't tell you the strangest part about the electrons' (also photons) wave/particle duality, that is, an electron is only a particle when you try to observe, measure or in any way interact with it, at all other times it's a wave. If you follow the quantum theory's model to it's logical conclusion, if you turn away from your monitor, there's nothing on the screen, if there's even a monitor screen there at all!
