He seems to be in torpor, or in a state close to torpor, as he seems to be arousing from that "coma"-like state they go into when sleeping. (i)
It is a wonder he can sleep at all with that noise in the room. :S

Here is one that has fallen asleep on a feeder,so cute.... O:)

My guess would be that they have amplified the audio so much that you can hear the snoring. that also causes the buzzing sound which you normaly would not hear.

#4 for them it's easy. The muscles of a bird work diffrent. The claws (or whatever they are called) close when they relax. So when he sleeps his claws clamp on to branches very firmly. And when they tense their muscles the claws will open up.
