I am going to take a SWAG on this one and guess, since all the ice around the Honda was solid, that they left the vehicle parked with the engine running for so long that the heat from the engine and exhaust system melted the ice and let the car drop in.
Does anyone know for certain?

And to think that we don't even consider such simple techniques when the pyramids were built.

#6 It's not even close to Russian language. Was it the ice and the snow that made you think it was Russian?

#9 OK smarty pants, I'll bite. What language is it? I tried searching some of the text on Yandex but some of the letters aren't on any of the on-screen keyboards most notably the backwards S.

#8 Modern architects and engineers couldn't even build the replicas of the Great Pyramids with all the resources available today, so I guess whoever built them was smarter then us or they were about 20 meters tall.

#12 Let's not forget that modern architects don't have armies of slaves.

#12 That's just not true. Claiming that the great pyramids would be impossible to build with modern technology is sensationalist at best, and quite offensive towards engineers, architects, and construction workers around the world at worst. That they aren't sure (but have feasible theories) about how they did it back then is a completely different thing.

#16 I think the point is that the world tends to over-engineer products instead of using simple and efficient design.

I mean seriously, have you ever bought a German designed product? Classic example right there.
