Yes, completely awesome. In movies or in fiction, adventure is usually present and i thought that was a silly thing. But after this footage i feel how great was adventure and that such place is someplace worth to visit before i die.

I've watched this video three times now and it hasn't been any easier to watch now than the first time... and I will probably watch it some more, even when the butterflies in my stomach want to take off on their own flight!!
So, saying that, I am sending a link to all my kids (especially the ones who have a problem with heights!) and I can almost tell you their comments... they'll sound like the rest of you! And I can almost promise you that at least one grandchild will say, "Cool!! Let's go!!"

The climber's name is Daniel Lahnen. Apparently he has walked this trail twice. Once while tethered to the line and once without. I can't imagine trying this while tethered and deciding it wasn't a big enough thrill and going again without a safety line

reminds me of half-life 2 not sure why though might be the way they make the paths you need to take not so obvious

It made me feel very uncomfortable, when he stepped on the iron bar next to the broken concrete

This particular video was filmed 3 years ago by Daniel Ahnen, A brilliantly rising climber and filmmaker who lost his life last year in the Indian Himalayan Mountains when he fell into a crevice. Rescuers couldn't reach him and his body was never recovered. He deserves the credit for this as well as others he's posted. He posted another in 2010 with original sound and HD quality. It can be found on his YouTube site here: http://youtu.be/hlw6Yk4WT2I
Spending just 10 minutes on his site observing the videos lets you know what kind of person Daniel was. May he rest in peace having died doing what he loved.

We did this walk with a group called barbary rock adventures last year. You should look at their video. They made us super safe, it was awesome.

Can someone please tell me why someone hasn't made a movie there yet?
(Could it have something to do with the ridiculous cost of insuring everyone makin' the movie?) XD
