It looks worse and wetter than it really is because the camera angle is so low. When viewed from a little higher, you'd still see the boats being pushed and shoved around -- but they're not submerged, as this video seems to show.
those are two different design and both handle well, cannot say which one is newer in concept than the other: black is heavier, larger, and needs less time to be put aground on shallow waters, reason why awaiting last, and fuel cut to minimum, almost none.
