It's a morbid twist to see someone else's lives flash through your eyes. Hearts to the astronauts and their families.

The space shuttle program was set to fail from the start, sadly, in the end the obvious safety problems were not even a deciding factor in scrapping the program, NASA just couldn't get enough cash to sustain this fiscal black hole.
