Why do'nt his parents do something to have clean drinking water? Village elders? Government? Neighbouring countries governments? What percentage of cents from each dollar donated would reach his village? And what would this (fresh water) change? Probably bandits from next village would take control over new water source soon...

I don't want to know the cost of this commercial but I am sure it is enough to drill at least one well!
