0:00 vs. 1:23 quite big difference in appearance. Whole part missing from that skimming cover. Of course normal consumer will never notice this until its too late. And this is not just happening in Brazil. It is happening every country.

the best thieves using this method are romanians, not proud of it(i'm romanian), but hey...
Also fun fact, there is a romanian convict, who used to steal money like this. He inventend one anti theft atm , and got the International Press Prize at the 41st International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, Switzerland, in April.

This has been happening everywhere for years. Ranging from little skimmers that they place over the card slot and a camera to catch you pin, all the way to full sized fake ATMs on the street.

The best way to prevent this.
Pay in the shops with your bank debit card with PIN
Payments and other banking via the Internet, at home.
Never take any money from a cash machine, especially when it's dark.
When ever you need some pocket money, then you can take a small amount of a cash payment machine in daylight, in a busy street.
But much safer, payments via debit card with PIN. :)

I think these types of thieves should never be arrested and focus on the ones with guns, have more guys like these and soon they will find they could use these talents in good things, unless they stole a scientist to do this shit then they should definitely be arrested
