These are the real and bravest doctors; not like the ones who just prescribe pills to patients not for a real cure but just for the cycle of money and drugs.

I just couldn't do it,i would get so depressed leaving knowing there's still thousands of people needing treatment. Fair play to those doctors/surgeons that do what they do, i would happily donate a small amount monthly to those rather than to charities where most of the money goes in the governments back pocket.

Why not send them here to the states where they may live a prosperous and meaningful life? At least give them the option, they're people just like you and me. They didn't ask to be born in the wilderness. We got plenty of space.

#4 there are people already in the states who need these kinda help and not receiving it! so that doesn't really help i guess
sad part about these stuff is that it seems like a bottomless pit where you can help indefinitely and still doesn't seem to change anything.
but that's not true, for every one you did help is proof of change.
i really would love to help financialy but i hate to know the CEO's salaries:

Your site gives outdated (2005) info and is very wrong on most
of the info. Even so , I think charitable orgs should not have
highly paid CEO's.

Definitely agree with #6. The 'sharp end' of the money raising efforts of charities is often carried out by volunteers who willingly work for nothing, and it's disgraceful that the people at the top of the management hierarchy frequently pull down colossal salaries and expenses.
