#5 I bet that he is an idiot, but if he's not and if he actually knows how to preform all the exercises, and given his figure he might - it's a good think that he doesn't only preform the exercise as it's suppose to, only in some 3, 4 limited ways - but he plays around with that machine, feeling comfortable doing that in the gym, and I think that is better, than just following orders. (not for the muscles, but elasticity, strength and endurance [all in one])
