#4 you are misrepresenting the facts.
In this video, correct nutritional needs and a calorie limitation are observed, along w/ 45 mins of walking.
In Supersize me, his rules were different.
1. He was to eat everything on the menu at least once
2. He was to accept a upsell to a "super size" if it was offered
Interestingly enough his first meal was a double quarter pounder w/ cheese supersized! Quite a large mountain of food to tackle. He ended up puking it all up towards the end of the meal.

00:30 strictly 2000 calories a day. that makes any brand or type of food *irrelevant*(fast food, home cooked, healthy). case closed.

really folks? when i`m eating regular food i CHOOSE to stop when i`m satisfied because i`m not worried too much. if i eat mcdonalds till i`m satisfied, i get sick in no time! watching this vid, makes people worry less about fast food and i suspect that`s the experiment`s point.
most people choose to stop eating when they are full, but i guess after having 2000 calories at mcdonalds you won`t feel satisfied!
and i also belive that 2000 calories of fast food is worse that 2000 calories of regular food.
