It is really awesome, but you must love to have neigbors redecorating for about 2 years.

This reminds me of a caravan my old man used to own. Everything inside it was tucked away in the most ingenuous and irritating way possible.

"Dad, where's my bed?"
- "Here son, we just move mom out of the way, pull this seat across here, tug this board out here and drop this flap down, connect this to that.. and there is your bed!"

"Dad, where's the cooker?"
- "Look, I just move this to the right, slide this out, attach this hook to here, connect up this butane cylinder here and... voila! The cooker!"

"Dad, where's the fridge?"
- Just step out of the way of that cupboard for a moment, now let me slide ths door across, flip down this lid and there's the fridge."

"Dad, where's the shower?"
- "Here, I'll just move this screen across here. Tug this lever, press this button right here with my nose, stick a brush up my arse while whistling the theme music from Star Trek, grab both these handles and pull them together while sticking my foot into this hole here, and then pull that string with my left ear and hit this button with a sledgehammer. And there... is the shower!"

The best thing about the small size is considerably lower utilities, as he mentioned near the end, less to heat in the winter and less to cool in the summer, less lighting, etc, the biggest problem for most I think is that the place would have to be pretty much clutter free to keep that "functionality" so for very neat people, great, for the not so neat people, a little getting used to and I'm sure the cost per square foot would be a whole lot higher (not just a little) than a normal place.

As world population continues to rise this is the way future generations will probably live. I think it has great promise, well thought out, quality materials, economical in use, yeah can't fault it

I dont know.. seems a lotta bit claustrophobic for me !! I like my space to sprawl out and throw shit when Detroit looses !! LOL
