Funny how most of the equipment is chained in place to keep from being stolen.
They make good use of junk metal parts for weights,a real raw-bone type of gym. I like it.

little text says that the parts are all "donated" by people and they are made of old car and tank parts.
since 1972 the place exists and there are up to 4000 ppl using the machines each day (at peak times)
and everything is free.

Translation of the subtitles:
- duh ... it says "Open Air Fitness Center" but you get that one for free.
- volunteers provided the first equipment in 1972.
- It's free to use, everyone is welcome.
- Equipment is made from old tanks, cars, and machines.
- Everything was donated.
- On peak days, 4000 people are said to work out here.
- Everything is chained down to avoid being stolen (#1 guessed that one!).

Somebody tell the leg-pressing guy (1:34) to save his knees by not bending them too much on the one end (90 degrees is just enough) and not straightening legs completely (knee locking) on the other end...
