#3 Just called the Ghostbusters; it isn't a ghost, just a skeleton. They did mention, however, it seemed odd that a skeleton produced that much ectoplasmic dust......

#3,#6 just to clarify: it is not a second tower. the first explosion removed the outer skeleton of the building and after that, the inner core of the tower was demolished. The explosion in the middle of the tower was actually used to split the core of the tower into 2 parts, which did then fall into different directions.
