It appears to be a very safe installation! :O
We can see how the gas got ignited at 0:21, probably a sparkle from the white vehicle exhaust.

That was very careless driving. But more importantly, what kind of setup has exposed pipes with no casing and safety barrier directly next to the driveway? It looks like this would happen even if a squirrel sat on it.
