Where I live, you don't even need to walk away to get it stolen. just put it on a table and look the opposite direction.

Same stuff as with 'unattended', 'tracking' surveying stations. Still you need someone who stays on guard while it does the job. what an irony. Same goes for transferable automatic speeding cameras.

something like this seems like it would be better in some kind of mass use. like at a race, or large scale competition. Many soloshots, one operator, multiple targets, everything captured, and theft prevented.
