How about making the full chocolate balloon, leave the inflated balloon inside and call it 'Chocolate Balloon Surprise'. Better still try it with a balloon filled with water, call it 'Wet Chocolate Balloon Surprise' or with edible dye in the water call it 'Need a new shirt Chocolate Balloon Surprise' >:)

Nice idea but i am not sure if the chemicals from the balloon makes the chocolate safe to eat.
