No Gloves and passenger without helmet and proper equipement ... No courtesy -> stupidity.
>>>> I would rather sell my car than my bike, but I allways keep i mind that it is dangerous...
Even at 10km/h without a helmet you can die...

Warning: foul language!
#4 I agree, a bit reckless. However apparently it's Easter (from the conversation and well-wishing between the guys) and the bus schedule is reduced to only once an hour (according to the passenger).
So you can see how he was desperate to catch the bus rather than having to wait an hour more for the next one.

#4 You may be right, but as I can see you are from Belgium and you talk about 10KM/H but wearing a helmet is not obligatory in Belgium or in Netherlands. Besides Belgium, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands allow for some flexibility in helmet laws for drivers of mopeds meeting certain conditions. In Belgium, the mopeds must not exceed 25 km/h (15 miles/h); in the Czech Republic, they must not exceed 40 km/h (24 miles/h); in the Netherlands, they must not exceed 20 km/h (12 miles/h).
What we see in this video is a need/help situation for a short distance and don't forget that there are no seat belts in the busses and trains. So you have the same danger in the bus or in the train.
