I just did a short research on what they are saying..seems the "Brrrr" is just to keep the vocal cords running..like a motor they go Brrrrr 75 brrr we got 80 over here brrrrrr 85 brrr we got 85 over here brrrr 85? brrrr 90 brrr 90 over here brr 100..
Seems its better/easier to keep talking then stop&go

Not sure but I've got a feeling it has more to do with keeping the pace and buzz going for the auction event, kind of like entertainment between bids. Can you imagine just talking this out, going back and forth for each bid, waiting for each bidder to decide whether or not to up their bid, BORING! At least he's somewhat entertaining and keeps the "show" going.
