This may have been the most straightforward and understandable explanation I've seen yet. I'm glad Europe has dealt with the issue decisively. I hope people in the us actually bother to do something more than saying "meh, I hope things work out for the best"

Her voice is almost addictive! We need more teachers like her to avoid drop outs and low grades :) The power on and about internet should have been regulated by law, but very few could have foreseen the impact it would have and still has on humans. Therefore law lags behind as it does in other technological areas.
